Your first consultation is FREE whereas we will offer our clients one-on-one consultation. Where there is a complex dispute and a on-site consultation is necessary, we will discuss a suitable “call-out” fee with our clients to meet face to face on the site / scheme in dispute.

As we all have learned during the Covid-19 pandemic, we offer virtual consultations as well, accessing your specific dispute.

As we have close relationships with attorney firms, we offer legal opinions and preferred options to address the dispute in question, specifically through CSOS legislative procedures. 

ASSISTANCE WITH LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO THE CSOS OMBUDSMAN

We will assist in the drafting your applications to CSOS, presenting it to the Ombudsman for CSOS facilitations, mediation, and adjudication processes. Where needed, assistance is to be given o legal representation.

As professional facilitators and mediators, we render services to homeowners, stakeholders, HOA’s, Body Corporate’s, common law institutions and companies, to act as mandated representative during dispute hearings. PROFESSIONAL TRUSTEE APPOINTMENTS

In certain cases, especially where disputes may not be resolved withing any governing body, we will supply, upon request, a professional candidate to be appointed by special resolution by the governing body, as an Independent Special Trustee (IST), with specific expertise, to facilitate the dispute. 

CROSS REFERENCE CREDIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES (DEBT COLLECTION)

THE CSOS legislation provides prefect guidelines for collecting debt from homeowners in terms of arrears (levies / utilities / bills).  There is no need to employ expensive attorneys and can be facilitated by our experienced team of Credit management Specialists (CMS) through CSOS legislative procedures.
